Yup, one weekend! However note that, we require at least a 2-week lead time. During that time, we'll be working with you to get all the information we need about you and your business, including files and images, so that when your weekend comes, we have everything we need to build!

Yup! Your domain and your website is all yours! The intellectual property of the design and layout is owned by us and cannot be resold by you, but we'll take care of all that when we send you our contract.

Many people think once their Wordpress website is built, it's done. However, keeping a website up to date and functioning properly over time requires daily, weekly and monthly management. 

In order to make sure your website is fully up to date and functioning for the life of your business, we offer our customers a convenient way to pay on a monthly basis without having to come up with a huge lump sum of money at once. 

While it's not our business model to have our customers pay in full, we understand that some business owners prefer it. We do not offer a discount for payment in full, in fact, it's cheaper for you to pay monthly. On the pricing page, you can click on the small text below the checkout widget to pay in full.

When you pay in full, you will still receive the same 12 months of support offered in our monthly plans.

This has literally never happened, however we'll do whatever we can to make you happy. In creative projects like web design it is absolutely impossible that 100% of clients love the work from the start. Sometimes it can get a little bumpy, but we don't give up just because things get tough. Often times the projects that are a little rocky end up being the best websites we make. If we can't work out any differences we have, simply request a refund within 30 days of website delivery.

We have several design element templates that we work with, however every website is created from scratch and elements are put together strategically to create a one of a kind website just for you!

If you cancel prior to your agreement time we have a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance and your site will be scheduled for deletion within 2 weeks.

If you want to keep your site and move it to your own host our buyout fee is $900 for us to package your site and database and give it to you to self manage, this would be on top of any cancellation fees if you did not complete your contract. 

Note: Any 12 month contracts receive the $900 buyout fee for free in the event you cancel after completing your contract. If you renew another 12 month contract, we give your site a complete face lift!

Hosting, premium plugins, and Wordpress and plugin updates are included in your monthly pricing.

Essentials Website: Monthly Wordpress and plugin updates. You will receive training videos on how to make updates and edits on your own. But we're always an email away if you really need help.

Sales Funnel Website: Same day WP Core updates, twice-weekly plugin updates, daily cloud backups, 24/7 security and uptime monitoring, malware removal, plus training videos to enable you to edit on your own.

We also offer an hourly rate for website edits if you prefer to hand those tasks off to us!
